The 27th book is called Being Frank written by Donna W. Earnhardt and illustrated by Andrea Castellani.
Frank a boy believes that being honest is always the best policy. He always tells everyone in his life the truth. He tells his teacher her breathe smells like onions and that his friend Dottie that her freckle is as big as the big dipper. Everyone gets annoyed with him, and he starts to get lonely. He decides he needs some good advice and visits his Grandpa Ernest. His grandpa teaches Frank there is a way to tell the truth without hurting anyone's feelings.
