The Pout-Pout Fish tells the story of a grumpy fish who thinks he is always sad and pouty. The other sea creatures try to cheer him up, but nothing seems to work. Until one day, a new fish comes along and gives the Pout-Pout Fish a big kiss. The Pout-Pout Fish decides that he has had it wrong all along. He is not a Pout-Pot fish but a kiss-kiss fish. He starts to swim around with a smile and kisses all his friends, spreading happiness to the other sea creatures.
