One day, Betty gives Frank, her bulldog, a hug. When she hugged Frank, she realized he was smelly and needed a bath. Later in the day, Betty had her friend Mae come over to play. She didn't want Mae to think she had the smelliest dog in the world. Betty realized, though, that bathing Frank was more complicated than Betty thought and that she could do it by herself. Betty asks Mae for help. Mae agrees to help Betty bathe Frank. It allows Betty to learn with perseverance and teamwork; she can accomplish anything she puts her mind to.
